The AI executive team for medspas

There's about $32,000 a year hiding in your practice.

Every morning before you're awake, AAIA reads last night's numbers and hands you a four-minute briefing: what's healthy, what's leaking, and the two or three moves that put that money back.

Why the money disappears

You're running six departments at once. Three of them are leaking.

Your booking system and your accountant tell you what already happened. Neither one tells you what it's costing you — or what to do about it before your first patient walks in.

$720 a vial

Product expires on the shelf

Toxin, filler, and biostimulators you already paid for hit their date and go in the sharps bin. Nobody is watching every SKU, every week.

$1,300 a member

Money already yours goes uncollected

A failed membership card. A pre-paid package someone bought and never rebooked. Revenue you already earned and never actually saw.

40% empty

The same slow day, every week

Your Thursday afternoon has been half-dead for a year. You know it. Nothing in your stack ever told you which offer would fill it.

The automatic morning

You sleep. It reads. You wake up to decisions, not spreadsheets.

No dashboard to log into, no reports to build. A short memo lands the way a great executive team would leave one on your desk.

01 — Overnight

It reads your numbers

AAIA reviews last night's bookings, revenue, supply room and no-shows — read-only, encrypted, nothing changed.

02 — 7 AM

You get the briefing

A four-minute memo: what's healthy, what's leaking, and the two or three moves that matter today — each signed by the officer who owns it.

03 — One tap

You approve, it goes out

AAIA writes the win-back text, plans the promo day, drafts the reorder. One tap and it's done. What AAIA never does: change, delete, or charge anything inside your booking system — it only ever reads from it.

Your executive team

Six officers watching your business — for less than one shift of a manager.

Brilliant clinicians rarely have a CFO, a COO, and a marketing lead on staff. AAIA gives you all of them, reading the same numbers every morning.

CFO

Chief Financial

Yesterday's revenue, margin, and where the money is really going.

COO

Chief Operating

Supply room, expiring product, no-shows, and schedule gaps.

CMO

Chief Marketing

Slow days, lapsed clients, and the one offer that fills the calendar.

REV

Revenue Cycle

Unsold packages, memberships to renew, money already yours to recover.

HR

People & Team

Provider productivity and where an extra pair of hands would pay off.

CEO

Chief Executive

Reads the other five and tells you the one thing to focus on today.

The math owners actually do

Priced against a single recovered package.

If AAIA rebooks one lapsed member or saves one vial from expiring, it's paid for the month. Everything after that is margin you were already leaving on the table.

Empty chair hours on your slowest day$5,000
Recoverable in a year$32,200

Modelled on a single-location practice doing roughly $700K. It is an estimate, not a promise — and we'd rather show you the arithmetic than ask you to take the number on faith. Your pilot briefing is built from your numbers, not these. If it doesn't find real money in your practice, you get the $99 back.

Your patient data

The security your compliance person will ask about — answered up front.

Your booking system holds PHI. That means HIPAA. Before any data moves, we sign the contract that makes us legally responsible for protecting it — and we only ever read, never write.

Talk through security with the founder
Straight talk: we're a small, early team, and we'd rather show you the paperwork than a logo wall. Ask for our BAA and security summary on the first call — you'll have both in writing before you connect a single thing.

We sign a BAA first

The HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is signed before a single record is connected.

Read-only where it counts

AAIA reads from your booking system. It can never change, delete, move, or charge anything inside it.

Encrypted end to end

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing lives anywhere it doesn't need to.

Nothing sends without you

Every text, offer, or reorder waits for your one-tap approval. AAIA never acts on its own.

Your numbers stay yours

Each practice is isolated. Your data is never pooled with another clinic's, never sold, and never used to train outside AI models.

Minimum necessary, by design

We work from financial, inventory and booking data. Not charts, not photos, not treatment notes. If the briefing doesn't need it, we don't pull it.

Delete your data anytime

Cancel and your data goes with you. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.

The questions owners actually ask

Straight answers.

Is my patient data safe? Do you sign a BAA?

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before any data moves — that's the HIPAA contract that makes us legally responsible for protecting it. Access is read-only and encrypted, and you can delete your data any time you leave.

Where does the "$32,000" number actually come from?

It's a model, not a promise, and we show the arithmetic on this page: failed membership cards never retried, pre-paid packages never rebooked, product written off at expiry, and empty chair hours on your slowest day — for a single-location practice doing roughly $700K. Your practice will be different. That's the entire point of the pilot: we build it from your real numbers, and if we don't find real money, you get the $99 back.

Does AAIA actually send things, or does it just tell me?

It writes them, you approve them, and then they go out — the win-back text, the promo day, the reorder. What it never does is reach into your booking system and change, delete, or charge anything. It reads from your system; it doesn't write to it. Nothing happens without your one-tap approval.

Which booking systems do you work with?

The pilot works with any system, because we set it up by hand from your real numbers — no integration required. On the automated Practice plan we sync directly with Boulevard, QuickBooks, and your bank, with more added over time. If you're not sure about yours, ask on the call.

I'm a solo NP doing $400K, not a seven-figure practice. Is this for me?

Especially you. Smaller practices leak the most because there's no one watching the numbers full-time. The briefing scales to your size — the leaks are just smaller, and so is the effort to plug them.

"Built by hand" — so a person sees my numbers?

During the founding pilot, yes — that's how we keep it honest and prove the value before asking you to connect anything. You're covered by the BAA the entire time, and full automation grows from there once you've seen it work.

What does it actually cost after the pilot?

$690/month for a single location, month-to-month, cancel anytime. If one recovered package or one saved vial covers that, the rest is margin. Multi-location pricing is custom.

What if it doesn't find anything?

Then you don't pay. If the first briefing doesn't surface real money you were leaving on the table, we refund the $99 and delete your data on request. You're out nothing but the twenty minutes it took to send us your reports. We only keep your business if the briefing earns it.

Why should I trust a company I've never heard of with this?

You shouldn't, yet — that's why the offer is built the way it is. We sign the BAA before anything moves, we take read-only access, we charge $99 instead of $690, we refund it if we find nothing, and we delete your data the day you ask. We're a small early team, and we'd rather hand you the paperwork than a wall of logos we don't have.

Tomorrow morning, know exactly what to do first.

Ten founding practices this quarter. $99 for 30 days. We sign the BAA first — and if the briefing finds you nothing, you don't pay.
